Meditation is an ancient practice originating from the spiritual tradition of Asia.

The Benefits of Meditation

Reduces Stress

Improve mental alertness

Calms an overactive mind

improve memory

Boots regenerative processes

Slows biological aging

Begin by clearing your mind of all toughts. Focus on your breathing and relax so can feel each breath.each time the abdomen raise and falls you can do the same as you breath in and out. If you begin to feel sleepy,acknowledge amd give in to this feeling rather than fight it.

Visualization

Is a technique for directing your mind using your imagination and positive thinking. By freeing your mind from stress and ther pressures of life, you can let your imagination take you to calm and restful places,

Affirmations

are words or phrases that can be repeated during meditation to encourage positive thinking.

I will succeed

I have unlimited potential

I enjoy life

I am willing to change and grow

Decision Making Tips

  • Make a list of all the pros and cons of each course of action. Go with the one that has the most pros.
  • Alternatively,try to assess the likely success of each action. Which is easiest to achive?
  • Then consider how disastrous each would be if it did not work out. You may want to choose the one with the least risks.

I am in the process of making a big decision this year,So I will be following these steps also.
