Aromatheraphy and relaxation

 Once regarded as an exclusive treatment for royalty. aromatheraphy can now be enjoyed by everyone as and aid to relaxation and stress relief.

 Use in a base massage oil, a buner or add a few drops to make a luxuriously relaxing bath.

 Aromatheraphy is claimed to releive a wide variety of symptons including skin disorders, sinus problems, chest coughs and headaches, but it is particularly touted for alleviating emotional states such as tention, anxiety and depression brought by chronic stress.

There are many ways in which they can be used, including room sprays, candles, bath, body and facial oils, perfumes, although I myself don't like to use oil for perfumes. you can also use it in your bath or for your to soak your feet. Feels real good after a long day of work, Use only 5 drops.

  Aromatheraphy Essential Oils
Frankincence, Therapeutic Qualities  This soothing and warming oils has been use for Centuries in religious ceremonies and as and aid for meditation. Uses Massage, Bath, fragrancer and inhalation. Safety no specific safety precaution.
 
Ylang Ylang, A general tonec for tress, depressiong and overwork, this oils is also reputed to be an aphrodisiac. Safety  avoid if you have sentive ski don't use it in your baths.
 
Rose , Regulating the system, rose is good for menstrual problems, including PMS and menopause, and can boots your sex drive. It is also used to treat insomnia. No specific satety precautions.
